MSO Corporation is a wholly owned by Bumiputera with a paid-up capital of RM3.0 Million. Started to venture into the property sector in 2003 through the development of the above-owned projects and jointly with private landowners and government agencies.
Until now, the company has successfully completed 108 units of 2 and 3 storey terrace houses, 187 units of 2, 3 and 5 storey shop office premises.
The MSO moving forward :
- Islamic Satellite Bandar Pasir Tumboh which contains 120 units of 2 and 3 storey Shop Office, 35 units of Superlink House, 590 units of Apartments, Supermarket, Islamic Complex and Pasar Complex.
- Chintawangsa Town of Kuala Krai, which comprises 14 units of 3 Storey Shop, 85 units of 2 Storey Terrace, Majlis Daerah Kuala Krai (MDKK) Office Building, 40 units of medium-low cost apartments, 360 units of Apartment and Shopping Complex.
The Company has also obtained approval for the development of the Impiana Taqwa Project in Bandar Baru Pasir Pekan which comprises 578 units of medium cost apartments, 64 medium and low cost units and 16 units shoplot, and Bandar Sejahtera Chiku Projects, 115 acre property comprising 1650 units of Terrace Houses 1 & 2 storey , 130 units of 1 & 2 storey shop with amenities at Bandar Chiku Gua Musang.
